Dads Uniting Dads in Education and Services - Code of Conduct
We welcome the participation of all South Pasadena fathers, guardians, and neighbors in our efforts to improve our schools and community through fundraising and service. We are committed to upholding our community’s standards of inclusion, respect, and fairness.
All members of the DUDES are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that is free of discrimination, harassment, victimization, and any other form of inappropriate behavior or abuse on any grounds, including but not limited to age, disability, ethnic or social origin, gender, gender identity, nationality, race, sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, political party, religion, or other status or trait protected by law.
Your behavior reflects on the DUDES and our values. Following this code of conduct is a prerequisite for participating in our activities.
While participating in any DUDES event, the code of conduct is as follows:
Promote respect at all times.
Treat all volunteers, school employees, city officials, and community members with respect, courtesy, and dignity.
Any use of racist or hateful language will lead to being banned from the DUDES.
Verbal, physical, or visual harassment of or violence against another member or DUDES event participant is unacceptable and will lead to being banned.
The DUDES is about building friendship and camaraderie, and supporting our kids. Help us make the DUDES a place where every DUDE feels welcome and a part of our community. That’s what it’s all about.
